Passengers requiring elevator service must go to another station. To ride the 1 Line: 1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at University Way NE & NE 43rd St. 2. Take northbound route 45 to 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St for Roosevelt Station. 3. Street level elevators at Roosevelt Station are located at 12 Ave NE & NE 65th St. Passengers requiring elevator service CANNOT exit U-District Station. To exit the station: 1. Board the 1 Line. 2. Exit the 1 Line at Roosevelt Station. 3. Go to the King County metro bus stop at 12th Ave NE & NE 65th St. 4. Take southbound route 45 to University Way NE & NE 43rd St to return to U District Station.
