In addition to the single tracking occurring between BelRed and Redmond Tech, there is a single train running between Redmond Tech and Downtown Redmond stations. Passengers continuing towards Downtown Redmond Station will need to transfer trains at Redmond Tech Station. Passengers at Redmond Tech station will need to pay attention to train signage, as trains will alternate directions. A construction project to reinstall ceiling panels at the University of Washington Station's north entrance (closest to the entrance to Husky Stadium) will restrict access to the station. The escalators and stairwells between the street and mezzanine levels at the entrance will be closed from Friday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m. through Sunday, June 8, at 2 p.m. Transit riders can use the South Entrance or elevators as alternatives. For passengers traveling from the south needing to exit at Int'l Dist/Chinatown Station will have to travel to Pioneer Square Station and complete a cross over or continue up to Capitol Hill Station for a shared platform to take the 1 line southbound toward Angle Lake.
