To ride the 1 Line from 2nd Ave: 1. Riders can access the Lynnwood City Center platform from Exit B (2nd & University St). 2. Riders traveling toward Angle Lake should board the 1 Line from the Lynnwood City Center Platform and ride to Westlake Station. Exit the 1 Line at Westlake Station and use the elevators to transfer to the Angle Lake platform. To ride the 1 Line from 3rd Ave: 1. Go to the King County Metro bus stop at 3rd Ave & Union St. 2. Take northbound route 5 to 3rd Ave & Pine St for Westlake Station. 3. Street level elevators at Westlake Station are located on Pine St between 3rd and 4th Ave. To exit the station from the Angle Lake platform: 1. Reboard the 1 Line. 2. Beginning Tuesday, November 12, Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) will start sidewalk improvements on the north side of S Jackson St, between 2nd Ave Ext S and 4th Ave S, the sidewalks and crosswalks at 2nd Ave Ext S and 4th Ave S. This will also affect access to the King County Metro bus island on 4th Ave S between S Jackson St and S Main St (bus stop ID 619). The stairwell serving the north end of the King Street Station Sounder platform and S Jackson Street will be closed. All Sounder passengers must enter and exit via the Weller Street bridge or, if there is an elevator outage on the bridge, from the Amtrak depot.
