The elevators at Symphony Station serving the north mezzanine to the Benaroya Hall lobby, near Exit A2, service hours for public use beginning May 19, 2025 are: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The elevators are in service at these specified times. Please use alternate elevators when these elevators are not in service. On certain weekends and evenings, the Benaroya Hall Boeing Gallery will offer access to Symphony Station from 2.5 hours prior to any public event through its conclusion.
